In light of the uncertainty we all face in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to assure you of the steps we have taken to ensure that we are prepared for all scenarios.
Our absolute number one priority is the safety of our clients and team, no matter what happens.
Our intention is to continue to provide a service to you despite the challenges, especially as we feel we can give so much value to this sitiuation. We continue to operate as normal with increased measures.
We follow all directives and have heightened our health and safety procedures to include additional PPE disposable clothing to each booking.
Additionally, to reassure each client, we are reducing the human traffic to each booking and will provide one individual staff member per booking to avoid cross contamination in each client property.
We are currently working with full head to toe Dupont certified type 5/6 coveralls, eyewear, vinyl gloves and FFP2 (EN149) grade face masks throughout the entire booking, which are then disposed of correctly after the booking is complete.
In order to ensure absolutely no cross contamination in our working process, we use colour coded cleaning cloths and tools for each and every area and room of your property.
Our vacuum, carpet cleaners and other equipment and tools are sanitised with solution between each and every booking.
